Return Policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, etc.).

Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.
Note: For orders delivered within the European Union, customers also have a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period during which they can return items for any reason.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at returns@recoviax.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the product back.

Pack your item securely. Items sent back without prior approval or without the provided label will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.

Change‑of‑mind or size‑related returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We’ll deduct the return shipping fee from your refund, or you can pay for the postage yourself using a trackable method.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Non‑Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards or promotional items

Personal care products (e.g., earplugs, massage tools) that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons

Customised or personalised products
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at returns@recoviax.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and assist.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and product availability.
6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
