We Ship Worldwide

We deliver Recoviax™ products to customers across the globe. We ship to most countries worldwide, wherever international shipping is permitted by local regulations.

We are currently unable to ship to:

  • Countries with active international trade restrictions
  • Regions where customs regulations prohibit the import of footwear or similar goods

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If you order on a Friday evening, your order will be processed the following Monday.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

USA 7–15 business days
Rest of World 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value required. What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted global logistics partners to get your order to you safely and on time, including:

  • Cainiao — Alibaba's global logistics network
  • ePacket — International tracked shipping via postal partnerships
  • DHL / FedEx — For select destinations and expedited delivery

Your order may be handed over to your local postal service or courier for final delivery, depending on your country.

Customs & Import Duties
