4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout
- Recoviax™ reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailability
- Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers
5. Orders & Cancellations
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order — we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@recoviax.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before the order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping is free on all orders worldwide
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Recoviax™ is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

7. Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at support@recoviax.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
