Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your Recoviax™ purchase, we make returns simple, hassle-free, and free of charge.
What Can Be Returned
Eligible for return:
- Unused items in original condition
- Items with original packaging intact
- Orders where a return is requested within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items returned without original packaging
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are fully processed within 30 days of us receiving your returned item.
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories or inserts (if any)
How to Start a Return

- Your reason for return
Once we receive your email, we'll review your request and send you return instructions along with a prepaid return label — no back-and-forth, no hassle.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping — always. You will never be charged for return shipping, whether your item is damaged, incorrect, or simply not the right fit for you.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
We also offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us at support@recoviax.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
